Resepi Corn Dog Mozzarella Cheese

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup of cornmeal
- 1/4 tablespoon of baking powder
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper powder
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 8 mozzarella cheese sticks
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, cornmeal, baking powder, sugar, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper powder.
- In another bowl, whisk the egg, vegetable oil and milk.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix till the batter is smooth.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
- Coat each cheese stick with the batter using a skewer or toothpick.
- Gently drop the battered cheese sticks into the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the cheese sticks from the pan and place them on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
