Ingredients:

- 3 kaffir lime leaves
- 1 tablespoon of sugar

- Add in the coconut milk, water, tamarind paste, sugar, and salt. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add in the fish and let it simmer for another 15 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
- Serve hot with steamed rice and enjoy!
