  4. Let the dough rest for about 30 minutes covered with a damp cloth.
  5. Next, divide the dough into 10 equal parts and roll each part out into a thin circular shape.
  6. Spread some ghee or butter on top of each rolled out dough and fold it into a square shape, making sure the edges are tightly sealed.
  7. Repeat the process for the rest of the dough.
  8. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook each piece of roti canai for about 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  9. Enjoy your freshly made Roti Canai with your favourite curry or dipping sauce!
