- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 cup water
For the noodles:
- 1 lb. egg noodles
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the minced fish fillet, cornstarch, egg white, salt, sugar, sesame oil, fish sauce, soy sauce, and rice wine. Form the mixture into small ball shapes.
